This is the same way that people come to form a community, and the result is the birth of a culture. In the film, the culture was already there, it was only growth with the exchange of ideas. The environment created by the neighborhood creates a harboring place for such talents as was realized in the case of Zoro.Indeed, the culture of Hip Hop has come a long way from back then where it was in a slight region.
